30 Day Intestinal Cleansing and Gut Support Program:

  • Hydrate with filtered water, drink 1/2 your body in ounces and add a pinch of Himalayan sea salt with each glass or bottle of water.

  • Eat clean - organic vegetables, fruit, nuts, and seeds

  • Toss or reduce processed foods

  • Eat free range chicken or turkey, grass fed beef, or fresh caught fish

  • Reduce caffeine and sugar

  • Move your body

  • Be mindful of your thoughts

  • Implement stress releasing techniques, such as, meditation, yoga, or take a long relaxing walk in the sun

  • Make a cleansing juicer and drink 12 ounces first thing in the morning, see below

Ingredients for the Nutrient Rich Cleansing Recipe

  • 1 small ginger slice

  • 1 slice jalapeño (if you are sensitive to heat don't add)

  • 1-2 garlic cloves

  • 1 bunch cilantro

  • 1 head bok choy

  • 3-4 stalks romaine lettuce

  • 3-4 stalks fresh fennel

  • 1 large handful Moringa or spinach or dandelion greens or collard leaves

  • Juice of one to two lemons or limes peeled

  • Two cucumbers

  • 6-7 leaves of kale

  • 1-2 full heads of celery

  • 2 - 3 apples (depends on how sweet you want your juice to be)

Instructions: Cut up the all the ingredients and juice away! Store in a glass container with a plastic top, (not metal).
